British Marine award winners

Shocked/grateful/honoured to have been awarded Young Professional of the Year at the British Marine Trades Association dinner this week.

Was surprised even to have been nominated (especially given the "young" part, but I'm told that the age limit is 35 so just about squeezed in). This journey has been an incredibly personal one, as a continuation of Steve Salmon's legacy in the marine industry and local manufacturing space.

Incredibly grateful both to British Marine for the award, and to the wider industry as a whole for being such a great community in which to work. Now to find somewhere in pride of place to keep this award until next year!
