This year’s Speed@Seawork and Seawork 2025 were standout events for Salmon Marine - not just for the foot traffic and energy, but for the milestone moments they marked for our team, our partners, and the future of crew protection.

We were proud to jointly exhibit with SKYDEX, showcasing their cutting-edge impact decking alongside our own shock mitigation systems. This collaboration gave visitors a hands-on look at how layered technologies - decks, mats, seating inserts, and ballast - can work together to reduce the cumulative toll of wave impact. The response was overwhelmingly positive, and we had some great conversations about what’s coming next for high-speed craft safety, especially in defence, commercial, and offshore sectors.

A major highlight of the show was the official launch of our Slam-Shield helm mat. Designed to protect skippers from prolonged slamming forces while standing at the helm, the Slam-Shield attracted strong interest from both end users and OEMs, and we are thrilled to finally bring it to market.
Thanks to the organisers, our stand visitors, and the wider marine community for another excellent event. The industry continues to evolve quickly—and we’re proud to be at the forefront, delivering products that make a real difference where it matters most.
